4 October 2003 – Day #14
When we went on a walking tour in London, we saw some interesting things. We saw the Rosetta Stone and many cool old works of ancient time. But what may interest you was I saw some old things from places we just learned about. For example, we saw a Lydian coin made of gold and silver which had once belonged to Crocus (Lydia’s last king).
I’ve attached a photo of the coin as well as a photo my dad took of me in front of a giant image from Nineveh. It had the face of a man, the body of a lion and the wings of an eagle.
That’s it for now!
