A long weekend in December 2010 provided a great opportunity to experience Panama on a five day trip. With just three full days in the country, there was time to sample both the Panama City and the surrounding countryside.

When last we wrote we were in Panama City making do with the extreme weather and the havoc it was reaping on our plans.
